Tracy Maahs is a driven medical device executive with over 30 years of experience in developing and manufacturing innovative medical devices across various product areas, including interventional cardiology and minimally invasive surgery. Tracy has held key leadership positions, such as Director of R&D at Embol-X and COO at USGI Medical, where they managed cross-functional teams and successfully brought products from concept to market. With a strong technical background, Tracy has amassed over 75 issued patents and is recognized for implementing efficient processes that enhance product quality and reduce costs. Currently, Tracy serves as an Engineering Consultant at EndoQuest Robotics™ while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
