George Jerram

George Jerram is an experienced asset management professional currently serving as the Asset Management Director at Brightbay Real Estate Partners since March 2024. Prior to this, George held the same title at Chancerygate from March 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing balance sheet assets and actively searching for MLI properties in collaboration with the JRC JV. George's earlier experience includes asset management roles at Square Metre Asset Management Limited, focusing on diverse property portfolios, and as a surveyor at Colliers International, specializing in high net worth clients in central London. George began a career in real estate as a sales negotiator at Winkworth after graduating with a 2:1 degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University in 2009.
