Welcome to BrightBirds — a recruiting agency headquartered in Poland that was established by leveraging the experience and expertise of an international IT company. We source Middle and Senior Developers, Team Leads, Architects, and C-Level Managers to quickly and proficiently meet your IT needs.

In 2023, our skilled recruiters filled over 450 positions, both in-house and outsourced, encompassing an extensive scope of technologies, from front-end and back-end to DevOps, IT architecture, and project management. BrightBirds covers a broad range of countries, serving customers from the EU, CIS, and India. Our team includes more than 60 proficient IT recruiters and six accomplished managers.

The company’s key strength is our speed of work. Within only 24 hours of the contract being signed, we send our customers the first CVs, and we organize the first candidate interview within two weeks.

The services we provide include IT recruitment, technical assessment of candidates, and HR consulting. We manage a turnkey recruitment process that includes gathering information about projects, sourcing top-notch candidates across multiple channels, conducting recruitment interviews with candidates, and extending job offers to the best-matching candidates.

At the request of our customers, we engage Senior Developers with hands-on experience in conducting technical interviews with candidates. As a result, we provide comprehensive matrices evaluating the hard skills of candidates, along with feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.

Our experienced managers also advise clients on fine-tuning employee relocation processes, effectively presenting offers to candidates, and setting salary ranges for various positions based on our internal statistics and external audits.

Contact us, and we will be happy to advise you on our recruitment process and terms!
