Carolina Molea is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both culinary arts and administrative management. As the Chef and Founder of L’Artisane Creative Bakery since June 2016, Carolina has utilized culinary skills gained from an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Miami. Additionally, Carolina has served as an Administrative Manager at BRIGHTCOMMS since 2006, combining managerial expertise with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Fermín Toro. Previous roles include Line Cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Executive Administrative Assistant at Atlantic Shrimpers Limited, showcasing a diverse skill set in both kitchen operations and office administration.
