Dan Niska has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Dan started their career in 2000 as an Account Representative at the Paper, where they recruited and signed advertisers and provided customer service. From 2003 to 2008, at TrafficLeader, they were a Lead Search Marketing Specialist, managing a large number of client accounts and ensuring successful online marketing campaigns. In 2008, they worked at Euro RSCG Edge as a Search Marketing Specialist, creating and managing paid search campaigns. Dan then moved on to roles as an Organic Performance Specialist at EngineWorks and an SEO Strategist at Ethology from 2009 to 2012. Dan joined Kroger/CB&S Advertising in 2012 as an SEM/SEO Specialist before transitioning to Columbia Sportswear as an SEO Coordinator in 2014. Dan then worked at Adpearance as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Parr Lumber Company as a Counter Sales/Delivery professional. Currently, Dan is employed at BrightEdge, starting as an SEO Analyst in 2020 and being promoted to Sr. SEO Analyst in 2022.
Dan Niska earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Grand Valley State University, where they attended from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a Searchmetrics Certified Professional from Searchmetrics, Inc in June 2015.
