Grace Ng

Grace Ng has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and digital marketing. Grace started their career as a Software Engineer at LetsTalk.com in 2000 and gradually progressed to the role of Engineering Lead and then Director of Wireless Activation & Fulfillment Applications. In this position, Grace served as a technical liaison for major US wireless providers and played a key role in system integrations, production issue resolution, and strategic decision-making.

Later, Grace joined Consensus Corporation as the Director of Consumer Applications, where they managed an Agile development for a unified sale and activation web application. Grace successfully deployed 1500 Target mobile centers in just 6 months, earning recognition as an outstanding employee. Grace also collaborated with various stakeholders to transform business requirements into functional specifications and ensured smooth execution in a fast-paced environment.

Grace then moved to Oracle as a Senior Product Consultant. In this role, they served as the main technical contact for strategic accounts and led the implementation of digital marketing programs. Grace project managed and successfully deployed a reply-to message management solution, working closely with both clients and internal cross-functional teams.

After Oracle, Grace joined Captora as a Senior Technical Consultant, where they leveraged their expertise to provide technical guidance and support to clients. Grace played a key role in the successful execution of projects.

Following their time at Captora, Grace worked at Lister Digital as the Manager of Solution Architecture. In this position, they utilized their strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions for clients and ensure seamless integration of technology.

Most recently, Grace joined BrightEdge as a Senior Integration Consultant. With their extensive experience, they provide valuable insights and expertise to clients and assists them in integrating BrightEdge's solutions into their digital marketing strategies.
