Jeri Borland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jeri most recently worked at BrightEdge as the Manager of Agency Customer Success, where they led a team and ensured success for agency clients. Prior to that, they held positions at Marchex, where they served as an Account Manager for call analytics and a Business Development Specialist, advocating for clients and introducing new products. Before Marchex, Jeri worked at Shindig as a Business Development Account Manager, growing partnerships and hosting live online events. Jeri also has experience at Miah Worldwide Media as a Project Manager for product marketing, where they supported the growth of two start-up companies. Earlier in their career, Jeri worked at Fanatic Promotion/Fanatic Records, WHRW radio station, Binghamton University, and Suffolk County Legislator, District 12 as an intern and in administrative roles. Overall, Jeri has a strong background in customer success, business development, marketing, and administration.

Jeri Borland holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Politics and Law from Binghamton University. Prior to that, they attended Hauppauge High School for their secondary education. Jeri has also obtained several certifications, including BrightEdge Certified Professional from BrightEdge and various certifications from Google such as AdWords Fundamentals, AdWords Search Certification, Advanced Google Analytics, and Google Analytics for Beginners.
