Building upon their undergraduate education, Natalie pursued further academic achievements at West Virginia University from 2013 to 2014. During this time, they earned a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications.

In addition to their formal education, Natalie has acquired several certifications to enhance their skillset.
