Ryan O’Malley

Ryan O’Malley is a Sales Development Representative at BrightEdge since July 2025, following a robust leadership background in various organizations. As the Executive Director for FSL LineDance at Florida State University from December 2023 to December 2024, Ryan directed an 11-member team in executing a major philanthropic dance competition that attracted 8,000 attendees and raised $342K. Prior experience includes a Sales Leadership Development Program Internship at GALLO in mid-2024, and holding multiple leadership roles in Beta Theta Pi from November 2021 to May 2025, culminating in the presidency, where Ryan led a team of 9 and managed a $200K budget while achieving significant fundraising for the University Counseling Center. In addition, Ryan has experience in the hospitality sector as a Bartender and Sales Manager at Potbelly's & Painted Lady, overseeing a large team and driving revenue growth. Ryan is expected to graduate from Florida State University in 2025.
