Peter Zhong

Peter Zhong is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit assessment and lending management. Currently serving as the Credit Assessors Team Manager at Brighten since May 2020, Peter oversees a team of five, approves loans up to $2.5 million, and facilitates the development of a new credit assessment system. Previously, Peter worked as a Senior Credit Assessor and a Credit Assessor at Brighten, assessing both resident and non-resident mortgages in Mandarin Chinese. Prior to that, Peter gained commercial lending experience at ANZ and excelled as a Senior Lending Manager at Bank of Melbourne, where performance ranked first among peers in 2019. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and has completed a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking from Kaplan Professional.
