Ciara Cox

Ciara Cox is currently the Food Safety and Compliance Manager at BrightFarms, where they focus on ensuring food safety and compliance standards. Previously, Ciara held various roles including Food Safety and Quality Manager at Proper Food, and Food Safety Specialist at Square Roots, where they developed comprehensive food safety plans and managed audit programs. Ciara also gained experience as a Quality Technician at both Mars Drinks and Lavazza, contributing significantly to quality management systems. They began their career as a Quality Assurance Intern and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Cornell University, where they supported research in food safety and conducted microbial testing. Ciara holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Cornell University.
