Tcha Willson is an accomplished Chief Information Officer with extensive experience in IT leadership roles across various organizations. At Octopus since November 2014, Tcha has served in multiple capacities, including Head of IT Operations and Interim Director of IT, with a focus on enhancing IT services and aligning technology with business needs. Previously, at Shore Capital, Tcha managed a significant IT infrastructure across multiple sites and was responsible for IT strategy and vendor management. Experience also includes positions at Evolution Securities, overseeing IT for a large multinational firm, and Williams de Broe, where Tcha was instrumental in system security and network availability.
