Audrey Apgar is a Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in client relationship management. Currently employed by Brightflag since October 2023, Audrey previously held the same position at SciNote from July 2021 to September 2023, overseeing the full customer success cycle and focusing on enterprise companies and government agencies. Prior to that, Audrey worked at Lyophilization Technology, Inc. as Development Technician III and II, where responsibilities included thermal analysis, programming, operation of lyophilizer equipment, and finished product testing. Audrey also engaged in independent research at Delaware Valley University on the rumen microbiome and held various roles in customer service and therapeutic riding internships. Audrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Delaware Valley University and furthered education at Temple University.
