Customer Service Representative

Tom Scott has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Customer Service and Administration Assistant at Abtran. In 2010, they moved to EE, where they held the roles of sales associate and senior sales associate. In 2012, they began working as a Software/Web Tester at uTest. In 2014, they became a Google Technical Specialist at Voxpro. In 2016, they joined OpenText, where they held the roles of Sr. Cloud Service Manager, Client Delivery Manager, Technical Lead, and EDI Technical Support and Analysis. Most recently, they began working as a Customer Service Representative at Brightflag in 2021.

Tom Scott obtained their City & Guilds Level 3 in software development, analysis and testing from Clane College in 2013. Tom also obtained certifications in computer science from FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council) in September 2013, software development, analysis and testing from City & Guilds in April 2013, and a Google Certified Administrator from Google in May 2016.
