We are pleased to announce the launch of BrightHome Equities, a privately held real estate development and investment company that specializes in the kind of housing Southern California needs most, active-adult (55+) multifamily apartments and town homes. We identify and acquire office, retail, and other under-utilized land, and secure entitlements and dispositions for the development of our properties.
