John Lima, CFA, FRM, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director at Brighthouse Financial, where John heads Derivative Strategies within Investments since July 2017. Prior to this role, John accumulated extensive experience in the derivatives sector through various leadership positions, including Managing Director at MetLife, where John was a senior derivatives trader and strategist, and Director at both Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Deutsche Bank, leading derivatives trading efforts. John began a career in finance as an analyst at Goldman Sachs and UBS Investment Bank, after which John worked as a derivatives trader at Credit Lyonnais. John holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree from New York University.
