Tom Wilson

Tom Wilson currently serves as the Head of Telesales ANZ at BrightHR, a position held since March 2023, after progressing through roles such as Senior Telesales Manager and SaaS Telesales Team Manager. Prior to this, Tom founded Aluna Fundraising PTY LTD in October 2018, providing innovative sales solutions for non-profit organizations across Australia. Tom’s extensive experience in fundraising and sales includes positions as Regional Sales Manager for both Heart 2 Heart Fundraising and WAYS Fundraising, as well as a Marketing Specialist at Pro Fundraising Services. Early career highlights include a Customer Service Sales Representative role at Tesco and a Tutor and Promotion Coordinator position at Camera Kids. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Animation from De Montfort University, earned between September 2011 and August 2014.
