Pardha Sai, PMP, has over 20 years of experience in the field. Pardha began their career in 2000 as a Research Associate at Capital IQ. In 2003, they moved to Hemscott PLC where they held the role of Manager. In 2008, they became Operations Manager at Morningstar India Pvt Ltd. Since 2009, they have been Program Manager at Brightleaf Solutions.

Pardha Sai, PMP has a comprehensive education history. In 1991-1994, they completed a B. Com in Commerce, Financial Management and Statistics from Andhra University. In 2006-2008, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University. In 2010, they earned a Green Belt from Bench Mark Six Sigma in Quality Improvement Project. In 2013, they achieved a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute. In 2019, they completed a Business Analytics course from Harvard Business School Online in Data Processing. Additionally, they have a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Benchmark Six Sigma.
