Ralph E. Rapa, Psy.D., is the President and Owner of Rule G Brewing Company, LLC, and serves as the Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Brightline Trains, overseeing protection for railroad workers. With a rich background in both academia and the rail industry, Ralph was a faculty member at the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2017 and currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Barry University. Their extensive experience also includes leadership roles at the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority and operational training at Amtrak. Ralph obtained a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Vincent College.
