Currently serving as a Limited Partner at Scrub Capital and as Founder & Principal at BehaviorDx, Julia has played pivotal roles in various organizations, including being VP & Head of Mental Health Strategy at Teladoc Health and VP Behavioral Health Strategy at Livongo. Julia's significant contributions at the Department of Veterans Affairs as National Director of Mobile Health and Director of the Mobile Behavior Design Lab highlight a commitment to improving healthcare delivery through technology.
