Karley Stackhouse

Karley Stackhouse has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Karley is currently employed as a Manager, Revenue Cycle at Brightline since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kadiant from 2017 to 2022. During their time at Kadiant, they held multiple roles including Revenue Cycle Manager, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Billing Specialist, and Administrative Assistant. In these roles, they managed team members, analyzed data dashboards, designed workflows, and enhanced procedures to optimize cashflow. Karley also worked on denials and collections for multiple payers, analyzed claim and denial data, and submitted corrected claims and appeals. Additionally, Karley managed billing for non-insurance payers, assisted with insurance claims submission, and implemented a process for COVID-19 related cancellations. Before joining Kadiant, they worked as a Behavior Technician, implementing behavior treatment plans for children with autism. Karley also gained experience at The Ohio State University as a Student Administrative Assistant, where they assisted with invoicing and community outreach programs, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, transcribing interviews and analyzing scholarly articles for research studies.

Karley Stackhouse completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at The Ohio State University from 2015 to 2019. Karley then pursued a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration at Ohio Dominican University from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Karley obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers" in December 2021, "De-Escalating Intense Situations" in April 2021, "Building High-Performance Teams" in October 2020, and "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" in October 2020.
