Siân Webb is a dedicated leader in data analytics and diversity intelligence with a robust history in product management and advocacy for pay equity. They played a pivotal role in the growth of Gapsquare, guiding the company through its acquisition by a FTSE 100 firm. Currently serving as the Director of Product Operations at Brightmine, part of Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions, Siân focuses on optimizing product delivery and enhancing internal education. With a strong commitment to gender equality, Siân has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women of the West in 2019 and actively engages in public speaking to address the gender pay gap. Siân holds a Master of Science in Gender and International Relations from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Manchester.
