Jimmy Hurff

Jimmy Hurff is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of BrightMove, Inc. – pioneers of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) – and now one of the fastest growing global providers of hiring and recruiting software within the HR Technology industry.

Over the past 2+ decaded, Jimmy has started and run four different companies. He has also served in various roles within large corporate environments like McKesson, Bank of America, CitiBank and the State of Florida. In addition to having deep subject matter expertise in talent acquisition and human capital management, he also has led multiple large-scale data & analytics initiatives in the health care & financial services industries.

Prior to completing a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Mechanical Engineering, Jimmy’s first job turned out to be at one of the very first digital job boards at the dawn of the Internet.
