Ben Bourne

Ben Bourne has over 18 years of work experience in the solar energy industry. Ben is currently the VP of Solar Engineering at BrightNight, where they began in May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the President of Earthbound Analytics LLC from March to December 2020. From 2007 to 2020, Ben held various roles at SunPower Corporation, including Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Performance Engineer. Ben started their career as a Research Engineer at SRI International in 2002 and worked there until 2007.

Ben Bourne attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ben then furthered their education at Cornell University from 2000 to 2002, studying Mechanical Engineering.
