Van Neils currently serves as Senior Manager of Finance at BrightNight since October 2025. Prior to this role, Van Neils worked at Convergent Energy and Power from July 2020 to October 2025, where responsibilities included Manager of Finance and Capital Markets, Senior Analyst, and Rotational Analyst. An internship at Con Edison in 2019 involved drafting reports and analyzing benefit-cost studies for energy storage systems. Previous experience also includes an Equity Research Internship at Rosenblatt Securities, where Van Neils contributed to equity research and created reports for management.
