Since 2003, Brighton Holiday Lets has helped homeowners unlock their property’s full potential. As the city’s leading agency, we’ve supported over 1,000 owners and welcomed 125,000+ guests, maintaining a ⭐4.9-star Google rating and active membership in PASC UK.

Why Most Owners Under-Earn
Static pricing, limited visibility, and lack of direct bookings cost hosts thousands. With the April 2025 FHL tax changes tightening margins, maximizing yield is no longer optional—it’s essential.

The Brighton Holiday Lets Advantage
🥇 We combine two decades of local data with cutting-edge tech to ensure your home is never underpriced or empty.

🥇 Dominant Search Authority: Our direct-booking sites rank #1 on Google. We don't just wait for Airbnb's algorithm; we drive high-volume, direct traffic.

🥇 The 20-Year Database: We use 20 years of guest loyalty and seasonal trends, coupled with sophisticated dynamic pricing software, to outperform the market.

🥇 Global & Niche Reach: Your home is synced across 700+ channels, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, plus our specialist sites brightonholidaylets.com and brightonhenweekend.com.

Transparent & Flexible Terms
We offer an Airbnb Price-Matched 15.5% + VAT flat commission with no hidden fees and a simple three-month minimum.

✔️ The Switch: Disappointed with your current results? We handle the full transition to get your yield back on track.

✔️ The Hybrid: Keep your private listing and let us fill the gaps. We use iCal sync to prevent double-bookings and only charge commission on the bookings we generate.

✔️ The Launch: From "empty home" to "top-tier listing." We manage everything from setup to guest support while you enjoy monthly payouts.

I also regularly share insights on the 2026 short-let registration pilot and local industry shifts at our Host Hub.
