Jon Wardle

Jonathan Wardle is an accomplished professional in the real estate development and investment sector, currently serving as President of Brighton Development, Inc. since August 2014, after holding the position of Vice President of Development. Prior experience includes ownership of Wardle Group, specializing in real estate investment and business advisory. Jonathan also held various roles at Glenn Layton Homes and Woodside Homes, including Division President and Vice President & Land Manager, overseeing home building, land acquisition, and development operations. Jonathan’s career began at Wardle & Associates, where significant projects in master planned communities were successfully managed. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Boise State University.
