Ryan Bowman

Ryan Bowman is an experienced professional currently serving as an Application Expert and Customer Support Specialist at BrightOrder Inc. since March 2021, where responsibilities include supporting EMDECS and Oracle Transportation Management applications, addressing technical inquiries, and collaborating with various internal teams. Previously, Ryan held the position of Key Holder at Lindt & Sprüngli, acting as a brand ambassador and contributing to sales and inventory management. Ryan's intern experience at Feed It Forward involved grant writing, video production, website content development, and event coordination. Additionally, as Social Media Coordinator for Toronto Gaymers, Ryan managed social media efforts and organized events for the LGBTQ+ community. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Humber College, earned in 2020.
