Brandon Spears is an experienced executive in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Executive Director at BrightPath LLC since May 2021. Previously, Brandon held the position of Executive Director at Rakhma, Inc from July 2019 to May 2021 and was the Program Director at Phoenix Alternatives, Inc from November 2017 to July 2019. Brandon began the career as the Assistant Program Director at Northeast Residence Inc, where responsibilities were held from August 2011 to November 2017. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Study with a focus on Human Service Management, both obtained from Metro State University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
