Previously, Rick served as the National Account Director at Celtrade Canada Inc. and the National Account Manager for the Oral Care category at Colgate-Palmolive, managing significant sales and account development. Rick's career began at Target, where various roles included managing purchasing for multiple divisions and overseeing substantial business segments such as healthcare and entertainment. Rick holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
