James Cox

James Cox is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Brightpick, where they oversee the deployment of AI-powered robots for warehouse automation. Prior to their current role, they were the VP of Sales for the Northeast Region at Dematic. Additionally, they held the position of Director NA Region Sales at Dematic from 2017 to 2020. Before that, James worked at Equipment Depot as the General Manager and Sales Manager. James also served as the Corporate Specification Manager at Reading Rock, Inc., and as a Textile Management Consultant at Standard Textile. James started their career as an Account Manager in the Sales Department of Equipment Depot (formerly Portman Equipment Company) and as the Marketing Manager in the Sales, Marketing & Purchasing Department at Octex Corporation.

James Cox received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bowling Green State University in the years 1995-2000. James then went on to complete a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Xavier University from an unspecified start year until 2008. Prior to their university studies, they attended St. Xavier High School from 1991 to 1995.
