Chris Capellan

Chris Capellan, AFC®, currently serves as a Financial Wellness Educator at BrightPlan, where the focus is on developing and delivering educational materials and webinars for global audiences. Previously, Chris held significant roles at OfColor, including Senior Director and Director of Financial Coaching, where initiatives centered on culturally informed coaching services aimed at improving the financial health of workers of color. With a background that includes serving as a Financial Coach at TrustPlus and various administrative positions across diverse industries, Chris brings a wealth of experience in financial education, coaching, and client engagement. An alumnus of Lehman College with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, Chris's career reflects a commitment to enhancing financial literacy and empowerment, particularly within underserved communities.
