Brightpoint Group - Your reliable partner for digital solutions in fund structuring, administration, and regulatory reporting.
Brightpoint is a specialized financial services group combining deep expertise, advanced technology, and top-tier regulatory standards under one roof. Whether you want to structure a fund, manage it efficiently, or navigate regulatory requirements with confidence - we support you with clear processes, digital tools, and a strong team.

Our group consists of two key operating units:
Brightpoint Fund Services for fund administration, reporting, and compliance, and Brightpoint Capital Invest, our licensed AIFM. Together, they provide tailored solutions across the entire fund lifecycle.

Our mission: simplify processes, increase transparency, and give you peace of mind - so you can focus on what truly matters: the success of your investments.

Brightpoint offers a full suite of fund services across the entire lifecycle of private capital vehicles. Our fund structuring unit provides AIFM-as-a-service, digital securities issuance (via DDW), and continuation solutions. We handle all fund administration tasks, including investor communication, transaction execution, and portfolio reporting. Our compliance team ensures regulatory adherence, covering AML/CTF, ESG, investor onboarding, and reporting to BaFin, Bundesbank, and tax authorities. Additionally, we offer full tax and accounting support, from bookkeeping to financial statements and tax filings - all powered by best-in-class digital infrastructure.
