Ed Pniak

Ed Pniak is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale federal programs and leading high-performing teams in the federal and nonprofit sectors. At the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Ed directed a significant grant portfolio of over $11 billion annually, while also building and scaling a 21-person team and implementing systems that recovered over $120 million. Ed's tenure at the Environmental Protection Agency included managing a $3 billion portfolio and leading emergency response efforts during crises. Currently, Ed serves as the Director of Contracts and Compliance at Brightpoint, where they manage agency-wide contract and grant processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with program goals. Ed holds a degree from DePaul University and is actively exploring new roles in operations, program management, or systems strategy within mission-driven organizations.
