Ellen Ross

Ellen Ross, LCSW, is the Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Quality Improvement at Brightpoint, where they lead efforts to ensure programs and services are equitable and trauma-informed. With over 15 years of experience in social work, they have worked directly with children and families in various settings, including early childhood education centers and foster care. Ellen has served as adjunct faculty at both Northeastern Illinois University and Jane Addams College of Social Work, sharing their expertise with graduate students. Their commitment to quality improvement is evidenced through past roles at Brightpoint and other organizations, focusing on enhancing service delivery and staff development. Ellen holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
