Mark Tresnowski

Mark Tresnowski is a seasoned private equity professional with extensive experience in legal and executive roles. They served as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 1986 to 1999, followed by positions as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Allegiance Telecom from 1999 to 2004, and Managing Director and General Counsel at Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC from 2005 to 2019. Currently, Tresnowski is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Orchard Investment Partners and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Brightpoint, while also serving as President of the Board of Directors at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship. They hold a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of Chicago.
