Mendy Smith

Mendy Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Regional Vice President at Brightpoint in 1998. Mendy then proceeded to work at Children's Home & Aid, where they held various roles including Regional Vice President, Regional Site Director, Program Director Family Support Services, Parents Care + Share Illinois, and Healthy Families Illinois. Additionally, Mendy worked as a Social Marketer at MODERE starting in 2017.

Mendy Smith earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Illinois State University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and History with a minor in African American Women Literature at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1990 to 1994.
