Customer Success Manager

Heather Rose has extensive experience in customer success and implementation within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Brightree since January 2019, Heather previously held the position of Implementation Consultant. Prior to Brightree, Heather spent nearly nine years at McKesson Medical-Surgical, Inc., where roles included Technical Trainer, Quality Assurance and Training, and Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist and Liaison. Heather's earlier experience includes serving as an Authorization Representative and Team Lead at National Rehab Equipment, where insurance benefits were verified, and medical supply authorizations were obtained. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from PennWest California, earned in 2006.
