Ryan Soules is an experienced operations and finance professional with a substantial background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations and Analysis at Brightree since June 2020, Ryan has previously held significant positions including Director of Implementation at Vaco, Director of Operations at Snapworx, LLC, President/COO at Sound Oxygen Service, and Sr. Budget & Forecasting Manager at AT&T. Ryan’s career began in professional sports as a player with the NY Yankees and Texas Rangers, where mentoring and communication skills were developed alongside athletic performance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a BA in Sociology, both from the University of Washington.
