Andre Venter

Andre Venter has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, working as a Chief Underwriter/Head of Claims (Processing Executive) at BrightRockZA since August 2012. In this role, Andre is responsible for overseeing risk pools, ensuring the underwriting and claims philosophy is followed, implementing new practices, and managing the underwriting and claims team. Prior to that, at Old Mutual from May 1998 to July 2012, Andre held the position of Technical Team Leader Underwriting, where Andre managed underwriters and marketed underwriting products. Andre also works as a Risk Specialist, underwriting risk products and communicating with stakeholders.
