Kelly Bramson

Kelly Bramson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kelly started their career as a State Tested Nurse Assistant at The Manor at Hamlet Village from 2009 to 2011. Kelly then moved on to work at Cleveland Clinic as a Clinical Research Coordinator from 2012 to 2014, where they coordinated multiple clinical trials and handled administrative tasks. Following that, they joined University Hospitals as a Quality Improvement Specialist from 2014 to 2017, where they managed and oversaw various continuous quality improvement initiatives. Kelly then transitioned to the role of Patient Experience Manager at University Hospitals from 2017 to 2021, where they collaborated with hospital leadership to develop and implement programs and processes to enhance patient and employee engagement. Currently, Kelly serves as the Senior Manager of Network Operations at Brightside since 2021, where they oversee the onboarding process for clinicians and develops quality and performance metrics in patient care.

Kelly Bramson has a diverse education history. In 2003-2007, they attended Chagrin Falls High School and earned their High School Diploma. Continuing their education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Cleveland State University from 2011 to 2012. Kelly further expanded their knowledge by completing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Integrated Healthcare Management at Western Governors University between 2016 and 2017. Continuing their academic journey, they then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, at Western Governors University, which they obtained in 2019-2020. In addition to their formal educational qualifications, Kelly Bramson has also obtained additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the Six Sigma Global Institute, and certifications as a Phlebotomist from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, as well as a State Tested Nurse Assistant certified by the State of Ohio.
