Brightside PT is a dedicated team of experienced and inspirational personal trainers based in Hampshire. We believe it's possible for you to become the healthiest, most confident version of you - while having fun in the process.

We specialise in helping busy professionals drop at least 12lbs in 12 weeks and increase their overall fitness. We also run health and wellbeing training sessions for businesses who want to help their staff reduce their stress levels and boost productivity.

The team at Brightside PT run other successful transformational programmes that focus on nutrition, rehabilitation, and running. Each programme is tailored to your specific needs and objectives.

We train our clients on a 1-2-1 or in small groups within private gym facilities located in Southampton and Whiteley; no big-box gyms and lycra selfies here!
