Omar Yasser's work experience includes being an Embedded Software Engineer at Brightskies since 2022. Before that, they worked as an Aerodynamic member at Cairo University Racing Team (Formula Student) from 2019 to 2020, where they were responsible for designing the aerodynamic kit, conducting CFD simulations, and selecting materials for the kit. In 2019, they also served as a Coordinator for the Fab 15 Conference, overseeing the organization of the event in two cities in Egypt. From 2018 to 2019, Omar was the Automotive Vice President at K Vector Foundation, where they coordinated and monitored the work of the automotive section and prepared materials for sessions and presentations. Omar also had internships as a Makerspace Intern at Fab Lab Egypt and a Production Intern at El Marakby Steel in 2018. In 2017, they served as an Aerodynamics Moderator at Aviation CLUB EG and K Vector Foundation. Prior to that, they were a Logistics Member at IEEE NUSB from 2016 to 2017.
Omar Yasser completed their education at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) from 2021 to 2022, focusing on the field of Embedded Systems. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from MathWorks, namely Control Design Onramp with Simulink, Simulink Onramp, and MATLAB Onramp in July and August of 2021.
