Ryan Sell started their career in 2017 as an R&D Co-op at Parker Hannifin, where they worked on aircraft scavenge and lubrication pump design and testing. Ryan then transitioned to Bosch USA in 2018 as a Junior Co-op, where they designed and fabricated impellers and pump volutes for a coolant testing loop and automated pump testing using Visual Basic. In 2019, Ryan joined Amazon Global Robotics as a Hardware Engineer, initially as a co-op and later as a full-time Hardware Development Engineer. At Amazon, they worked on various projects such as mechanical design of autonomous mobile robots, fiducial guided robots, and storage and racking system design. Ryan also contributed to fulfillment center station design and fabric pod design. As of 2023, Ryan is currently employed as a Mechanical Engineer at BrightSpec, Inc.
Ryan Sell attended Northeastern University from 2015 to 2020. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
