Andy Susanto

Andy Susanto has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Andy started their career at Sprint in 1997 as a Network Engineer III, where they designed and implemented the Sprint Integrated On-demand Network (ION) and developed automated scripting tools for network provisioning. In 2000, they joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as a Network Field Engineer, providing support for network installation and troubleshooting, as well as designing customer network infrastructure. Andy then moved to Lumen Technologies in 2001 as a Sr Lead Network Architect, where they specialized in Metro Ethernet, IP/MPLS, Data Networking, and VoIP. At Lumen, they played a key role in network design and testing for their next-generation network and was responsible for planning and implementing the Lumen Network Testing Lab. Currently, Andy is working as a Principal Network Engineer at Brightspeed.

Andy Susanto attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
