Angela Ebanks

Angela Ebanks, PMP, is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Brightspeed since March 2022. Previously, Angela served as Operations Transformation Manager at Verizon from March 2019 to February 2022, where leadership of a team of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project managers focused on Customer Service transformation and expense reduction. Angela's extensive experience with Verizon includes various roles spanning operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer experience. Prior to returning to Verizon, Angela worked as an Independent Consultant and Business Advisor in the telecommunications industry. Angela also held the position of Director of Operations at Frontier Communications and earlier at Verizon, supporting strategy and analytics across multiple domains. Angela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
