At Cingular Wireless, Bill held various positions, culminating in Senior Manager, where Bill managed a development team responsible for a significant customer provisioning system. As Lead Technical Architect, Bill successfully restructured teams to improve project delivery efficiency while reducing costs. In the role of Senior Technical Lead, Bill was instrumental in advocating for XML technologies and co-founding an application for service interfaces. Currently, as Senior Director at Brightspeed, Bill continues to leverage advanced technical expertise, following a notable tenure at AT&T as Director of Technology, where Bill led the modernization of business operations and collaborated with executives to align technology initiatives with business goals. Bill holds a degree in Computer Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
