Bill Keaton

Bill Keaton has extensive work experience in technology and operations roles. Bill started their career at Verizon in 1997, where they held various positions including Principal Engineer and Senior Staff Consultant. In these roles, they led teams responsible for large-scale projects, such as transitioning video platforms and operationalizing new fiber projects. Bill also demonstrated strong vendor management skills and was successful in securing capital funding for expansion initiatives. After leaving Verizon, Bill joined Lumen Technologies in 2018 as Director of Technology Operations, where they played a key role in operations transformation, utilizing digital collaboration tools and automation to improve business efficiencies. In 2022, Bill joined Brightspeed as the Director of Technology, further advancing their career in technology leadership.

Bill Keaton attended Drexel University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
