Brandy Watters

Brandy Watters has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Brandy is currently working at Brightspeed as a Lead Analyst since 2022. In their previous role at Lumen Technologies, they worked as a Senior Process Analyst from 2017 to 2022, where they developed system logic for speech analytics tools, created a knowledge base for technical support teams, analyzed data for root cause analysis, and contributed to technical communications and documentation. Before that, at CenturyLink, they held multiple roles, including Data Support Trainer, Business Technical Support Lead, RescueIT Technician, and Business Data Support Technician, from 2008 to 2016. During their time at CenturyLink, they trained new hires, managed escalations and provided support in a call center environment, researched and implemented solutions for IT and networking needs, and diagnosed and resolved technical issues related to provisioning and troubleshooting.

Brandy Watters holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Data Analytics from Colorado State University Global, which was obtained from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from Johnson County Community College from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained a SAS-CSU Global Academic Specialization in Statistics and Data Mining for Business Intelligence certification from SAS in the year 2021.
