Christopher Carter

Christopher Carter is an experienced IT Manager currently overseeing Fault Management Systems at Brightspeed since July 2023. Previously, as a Consultant at Improving from October 2021 to March 2023, Christopher managed a significant Network Administration project for a nationwide liquor distributor, focusing on a VMWare vSphere platform and deploying SolarWinds NPM for network monitoring. Christopher served as Director of Information Technology at DeliverOL from January 2019 to January 2021, responsible for managing IT assets and providing support across multiple locations. Prior experience includes roles at AT&T from 2007 to 2018, including Sr. Network Support and Sr. Network Analyst Support, where Christopher contributed to problem resolution and service management. Christopher has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Mobile Application Development from Full Sail University, and completed a study program at Thinkful in 2021.
